Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the receiving date, no questions asked.

Our return policy

We accept returns for refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving order. You will need to ship the products through any available door-to-door courier method you want. The cost of the return will be fully covered by the buyer. Note: A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number is required for all returns. You may request an RMA by following the steps outlined below.

Please note that to be eligible for a return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days after the order was delivered.

To expedite an exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Please allow four weeks for your refund to be processed.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or contact us immediately at Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Pierre Belle. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of receipt of your order. Pierre Belle is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Non-refundable items

Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns without a Pierre Belle Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.

We cannot offer resizing services for rings right now, so please take care to order the correct ring size at the time of purchase. For assistance in determining the proper ring size, please contact customer service or use our online ring sizer tool.

How to prepare a return or exchange

To return a diamond or jewelry item to Pierre Belle, please follow the process below:

  1. Initiate your return. Access the Returns Center and find your order by using the Order Number and Email Address. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation Code (RMA) as well as detailed instructions for returning your order.
  2. Arrange shipping and insurance. You can use your own method of return, but please be sure to confirm that your local carrier will insure your jewelry to the value that was paid.
  3. Package your item(s) securely in the original packing materials. Clearly write your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number on the outside of the shipping box you are returning. If your return is for refund or exchange, please include any diamond grading reports or appraisal(s). If your item was delivered with a diamond/gemstone report and that report is not returned, you will be liable for the $150 (or equivalent amount in other currencies) replacement cost.

After your return is received

Returns are processed weekdays and typically entered into our system within 24 business hours of receipt. Once entered into our system you will receive a confirmation email alerting you that your return has been passed along to our Quality Assurance department. Please allow 5 to 15 business days for this process to complete.

If you are expecting a refund, a credit will be submitted to your bank within 15 business days. It may take your bank up to 10 business days to post the funds to your account. Bank wire refunds typically take seven to 10 business days after the return has been processed.

Please note that after a significant holiday, heavier return volumes can double the normal return processing times.

If you are expecting a return shipment, you will receive an email once the outbound shipment date has been set. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email the day of the outbound shipment.

Cancel or change an order

If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact Pierre Belle. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
